The designer of Ryoko, Ryoko Mutasono was born in Yokohama, Japan.
Since she has learned about fashion design and woven fabric design at Sugino fashion college in Japan, she had been obsessed with world culture and costumes, then decided to have education in the UK and studied at London College of Fashion.
She has been doing freelance work for Lowie (fashion accessory brand), Design Union (textile design company) and so on.
